Zakopane
Zakopane with its surroundings boasts breathtaking views and lush unspoilt nature. Now easily accessible, Zakopane was separated from the rest of Poland by impenetrable forests for centuries and developed its own unique folklore and architecture. It is located at the foot of the Tatra Mountains with their pleasant walks and demanding climbing routes which are best visited with our licenced mountain guides. We recommend rock-climbing under the supervision of an instruc-tor for the adrenalin-thirsty guests and a raft .oatontheDunajec or a cable car ride to Kasprowy Wierch for those who seek be-autiful views. Mountain bikes can be used practically anywhere including the least travelled roads and paths in the area. In winter it is best to use skis or snowmobiles or avail oneself of the very popular horse-drawn highlander sleighs.
